14-16 JUNE 2013 - DESTINATION WARSAW

THE THIRD International Conference on Interventional Pain Medicine & Neuromodulation took place in Warsaw, Poland on 14th to 16th June 2013. We were honoured to also organise  a satellite symposium for the 11th INS World Congress on peripheral neuromodulation during the conference. The three day international event in Warsaw was organised by the Polish Neuromodulation Society and we welcomed colleagues from the Argentinian Neuromodulation Society, the Interventional Section of the Polish Association for the Study of Pain and the London Pain Forum at the meeting.

Day One at the Hotel Bristol included sessions on interventional pain medicine, ultrasound in pain medicine and neuromodulation for both pain management and movement disorders from a leading faculty.

Day Two at the Royal Castle marked the first international symposium on peripheral neuromodulation and covered a whole range of topics from basic sciences through to new targets and techniques with lectures from key experts in this field

Poster sessions and free oral presentation sessions took place on both days.

Day Three at the Staszic Palace, Polish Academy of Sciences, gave participants of the conference a chance to attend a popular satellite Ultrasound in Pain Medicine Hands-on Workshop.
